I’ve NEVER experienced all these “crashes” that everyone is talking about and honestly they sound like unwarranted complaints. Honestly Canva is one of the most spectacular web design platforms I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Note: Image pack in-app purchases on the App Store are only available to use on the Canva app for iPhone.

You would normally log in to your school's Canvas environment via a web browser (Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are your best choices here), and then you would access your courses that way. Canvas is a web-based product, and so there isn't really anything to "download" in terms of the actual Canvas interface. I'm not really sure I understand your question.
